Free Letter Writing Template

April 2, 2021May 17, 2021 ~ ginamakesit ~ 6 Comments

My love of paper, stationary, and books started at a young age. Reading was always second nature to me and playing with paper, stickers, and stationary soon followed. Collections grew and interests expanded into all corners of the papercrafting world. Within the last few years, journal-making and journaling quietly settled as a constant presence in … Continue reading Free Letter Writing Template

Vintage Envelopes + Free Templates

I recently finished reading The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society and I thought it was absolutely amazing. And of course, now I am obsessed with WW2, letter writing, and islands. As an English Literature major, I've always loved letter writing and yearned for a time when letter writing was commonplace. Email, with its … Continue reading Vintage Envelopes + Free Templates

Mini-Calendar Free Printable

February 23, 2020February 23, 2020 ~ ginamakesit ~ Leave a comment

Inspiration hit the other night when I spied the cutest project on the Crate Paper Instagram feed. It was a little DIY calendar on a clipboard. This project was particularly inspiring for two reasons:  I was in need of a calendar in my craft studio and I also had two 6 x 9 clipboards sitting … Continue reading Mini-Calendar Free Printable

Weekly Menu Plan Free Printable

January 22, 2020January 22, 2020 ~ ginamakesit

Happy New Year! Like most of the earth's population, I am resigning a few things for 2020. Naturally, all of my resignations tie back to my One Little Word--Mindfulness. In essence, I am trying to stop stuffing a million things into one day and really focus on my tasks and approach them meaningfully, with thought … Continue reading Weekly Menu Plan Free Printable

Heat Me Up Free Printables

June 23, 2016April 4, 2017 ~ ginamakesit ~ 1 Comment

I make A LOT of meals for my husband to heat up after work when I am not home. I got tired of texting or emailing him directions and I decided to make some cute little paper sheets I could write the meal prep directions on. I figured I could easily attach them to the dish with washi tape. … Continue reading Heat Me Up Free Printables

I bought two bunches of tulips before Easter and each stage of blossoming was more beautiful than the next. I decided to dry some of the petals in a flower press and store them in a vellum pocket in my journal as a keepsake. The whole process is now up on my YouTube channel —> YouTube.com/GinaMakesIt
It might be rainy and cold outside my window right now, but I’m bringing lots of warm, spring vibes today to the @graphicsfairy YouTube channel with this Spring Nest Tag!
Last weekend I was working in my yard trimming rose vines and magnolia tree branches, when I saw a little bunny family hopping around the hills beneath the evergreen trees behind my house. Those little bunnies stuck with me because later that day I sat down with the idea to make a Bunny in a Basket for my next journal page.
Ever since I was a little girl, I have been mesmerized by the night sky. In between the rogue Astronomy class I took during college one summer and present-day middle adulthood, I’ve never really learned as much as I have wanted to. I’m hoping to change that with some self-paced studies in my new Star Notes journal. Today I’m on the @graphicsfairy YouTube channel and blog talking all about it! 💫
This morning on my YouTube channel, I’m creating these Romantic Layered Journal Covers in a step-by-step tutorial. I also just listed these two journals in my Etsy store! 💕
I just uploaded a new Journal With Me on my YouTube channel—YouTube.com/GinaMakesIt. Recently, I've had the urge to start collaging and I think it sort of reared its head unexpectedly in today's video. It was actually snowing yesterday, so winter has definitely not left for the season, but warmer days are upon us. I can just feel it.
